Peter's Achievements

Pete had a big weekend. It started on Saturday afternoon when he started giggling! What a joyful sound to hear.

Later on Saturday he decided it was time to roll over. Just back to front right now, but he's getting pretty good at it. He must like doing it a lot because he has decided he doesn't want to be held nearly as much as he used to. He is definitely our cuddle bug. I think if he had his way he'd be in someones arms 24-7. But this weekend he would get fussy when we were holding him. When we put him on his train blanket (thanks Katie!) on the floor he was happy as a clam. He'd roll over and eventually fall asleep. Our little man is growing up!

It was, of course, another busy weekend around our house. Allison got a weekend's worth of energy out on Saturday morning with an hour of tumbling class and another hour+ at the children's play area (it's a "store" just for little kids with lots of slides and bouncy things and the like). She's really loving tumbling. She's learning to tuck her head for the somersaults and she's doing well walking on the balance beam (holding a hand, of course)
After her nap we all went to the Holiday Food & Gifts expo. We bought a few gifts (I'm not saying for whom...) and enjoyed samples of some delicious goodies.

Sunday we had our final baptism class for Peter. We still don't have a date scheduled but should get that done soon. The rest of the day was unstructured but still seemed busy.
Allison added a few new words this weekend - cracker and cheese.
